摘　　要：为筛选适宜余姚盐碱地种植的单季茭白品种,对从盐碱地收集的10个单季茭品种的农艺性状、经济性状、品质和抗病性等进行综合分析。试验结果表明,余茭3号上市早,为早熟品种,比普通单季茭提早20 d左右,抗坏血酸和蛋白质含量较高,粗纤维含量低,667 m^(2)产量最高,较耐盐碱且较抗锈病和胡麻叶斑病,适宜在盐碱地推广种植;本地八月茭(CK)为中熟品种,茭白大,可溶性糖含量较高,667 m^(2)产量也较高,抗性强,仍是一个不错的品种;温岭十月茭上市迟,为晚熟品种,总酸含量较高,667 m^(2)产量也较高,较抗胡麻叶斑病,可避开茭白上市高峰,作搭配种植。In order to screen single season Zizania latifolia cultivars suitable for planting in the saline alkali land of Yuyao,the agronomic traits,economic traits,quality and disease resistance of 10 single season Z.latifolia cultivars collected from saline alkali land were comprehensively analyzed.The results showed that Yujiao No.3 was an early maturing cultivar,which was about 20 days earlier than that of ordinary cultivars.It had higher content of ascorbic acid and protein,lower content of crude fiber,and the highest yield per 667 m^(2).It was tolerant to saline alkali land and resistant to rust and flax leaf spot disease.It was suitable for promotion and planting in saline alkali land.Bendibayuejiao(CK)was a medium maturing cultivar with large fruit,high content of soluble sugar,high yield per 667 m^(2) and strong resistance.It was still a good cultivar.Wenlingshiyuejiao was a late maturing cultivar with high content of total acid and high yield per 667 m^(2).It was resistant to flax leaf spot disease and could avoid the peak season of the market.It could be planted in combination.
