摘 要:以樱桃番茄幼苗为研究对象,采用水培方式,探究不同供镁水平对番茄幼苗生长的影响,为镁肥在番茄苗期的合理施用及番茄专用中量元素水溶肥的研发提供理论依据。试验结果表明,不同供镁量对番茄的干质量、鲜质量、株高、茎粗、叶片数量、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量及根系活力都有一定的影响,尤以供镁水平0.25 mmol/L的T_(1)处理表现最好,番茄幼苗的干质量、鲜质量、株高、叶片数量、叶绿素含量及根系活力均为最高。Cherry tomato seedlings were used as the research object to explore the effects of different magnesium supply levels on the growth of tomato seedlings by water cultivation,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the rational application of magnesium fertilizer in tomato seedling stage and the research and development of water-soluble fertilizer for tomato.The results showed that different magnesium supply levels had certain effects on the dry weight,fresh weight,plant height,stem,leaf number,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content and root activity of tomato.Especially,the T_(1) treatment with 0.25 mmol/L magnesium supply level had the best performance.The dry weight,fresh weight,plant height,leaf number,chlorophyll content and root vitality of tomato seedlings were the highest.
