摘　　要：安徽省淮北平原地区作为我国主要的粮食生产区域之一,其地下水资源的合理开发利用对于确保该区域水资源的安全供应以及推动经济社会的可持续发展具有极其重要的作用。本文通过深入分析安徽省淮北平原地区地下水的分布特征及其利用现状,探讨在地下水开采过程中所面临的问题以及导致地下水过度开采的原因,并在此基础上提出一系列切实可行的对策和建议,为该区域地下水的合理利用和长期可持续发展提供参考。Huaibei Plain in Anhui Province is one of the main grain production areas in China,where exploitation and utilization of groundwater resources in a rational way play a very important role in ensuring the safe supply of water resources and promoting the development of economy and society in a sustainable manner.Based on an in-depth analysis of the distribution characteristics and utilization status of groundwater in Huaibei Plain,Anhui Province,this paper discusses the problems faced in the process of groundwater exploitation and the causes of groundwater overexploitation in the area,and puts forward a series of practical countermeasures and suggestions,which may be used for reference.
