摘　　要：近年来,随着我国经济与科学技术的不断发展,人们生活质量不断提高,逐渐意识到环境保护的重要性。考虑到我国人口众多、人均资源占有量较少的特点,如果依然采用目前的粗放式经济增长模式,未来恐将造成更严重的环境污染与生态恶化问题。针对目前我国环境质量令人担忧的现状,以及部分地区基层环保意识薄弱的问题,本文对基层环境保护所面临的问题进行了逐一阐述,并且根据实际情况针对每个问题提出了解决方案,以期能够为相关政策法规的制定提供理论支持。In recent years,with the continuous development of China's economy and scientific technology,people's quality of life has been constantly improving,leading to an increasing awareness of the importance of environmental protection.Considering the characteristics of our country's large population and relatively low per capita resource availability,if the current extensive economic growth model is maintained,there is a concern that it could lead to more serious environmental pollution and ecological degradation in the future.In light of the current worrying state of environmental quality in our country and the issue of weak environmental awareness at the grassroots level in some regions,this article systematically elaborates on the challenges faced by grassroots environmental protection.Furthermore,it proposes solutions tailored to each issue based on actual circumstances,with the aim of providing theoretical support for relevant researchers.
