摘 要:本文对老化油分别展开了低温破乳和微波辅助低温破乳剂脱水的实验。使用的是含水39.75%的A油田老化油。通过改变温度和微波处理,对影响原油脱水的有关因素和变化趋势进行了研究。从20种自制老化油低温破乳剂中选择脱水效果最好的4种,经过微波处理后4种破乳剂破乳脱水效果都得到明显改善,分析结果表明,XST-DW15破乳剂效果最好,脱水速率快,出水清亮。In this paper,experiments on low-temperature demulsification and microwave-assisted low-temperature demul-sifier dehydration of aging oil were carried out respectively.The aging oil from Oilfield A with a water content of 39.75%was used.By changing the temperature and applying microwave treatment,the relevant factors affecting the dehydration of crude oil and their changing trends were studied.Four demulsifiers with the best dehydration effects were selected from 20 self-made low-temperature demulsifiers for aging oil.After microwave treatment,the demulsification and dehydration effects of the four demulsifiers were significantly improved.The analysis results show that the XST-DW15 demulsifier has the best effect,with a fast dehydration rate and clear effluent.
