摘 要:将水解中和法制备的镍单质粗品先经氨洗以去除难溶固体,再进行水洗除去可溶性盐,最后通过干燥除去水分,从而得到合格的镍单质产品。采用高频感应炉燃烧红外吸收法和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)对镍单质开展纯度分析,结果证实镍单质纯度均高于99%。通过设计单因素实验,确定了较为理想的氨洗、水洗、干燥等后处理工艺条件。The nickel elemental product prepared by hydrolysis and neutralization method was washed by ammonia to re-move the insoluble solid,then washed to remove the soluble salt,and finally dried to remove the water,and qualified nickel elemental product was obtained.High frequency induction furnace combustion infrared absorption method and in-ductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)were used to analyze the purity of nickel.The purity of nickel is higher than 99%.Through the design of single factor experiment,the better post-treatment process conditions such as ammonia washing,water washing and drying are obtained:that is,the number of ammonia washing,the number of water washing and the drying time are the main influencing factors of the post-treatment process.
