摘　　要：目的:优化宣肺散结丸中黄芩苷含量测定及提取方法。方法:通过单因素考察(超声波提取法、回流提取法)、正交实验法(不同乙醇质量分数、提取时间、提取功率)对宣肺散结丸中的黄芩苷提取方法进行优化研究。结果:最佳提取方法为采用超声波提取法,70%乙醇为溶剂,提取时间30min,提取功率400W。结论:采用乙醇超声波提取法简单可靠、合理可行,可用于宣肺散结丸中的黄芩苷提取。Objective:To optimize the extraction of baicalin from Xuanfei Sanjie Pills.Method:The extraction process of baicalin from XuanFei Sanjie Pills was optimized by single factor investigation(Ultrasonic extraction and Reflux ex-traction method)and orthogonal test method(Different alcohol concentrations,Extraction time and Ultrasonic power).Results:The optimization of extraction of Baicalin from XuanFei Sanjie Pills is as follows:ultrasonic extraction method,70%ethanol as solvent,extraction time 30 min,extraction power 400 W.Conclusion:The ethanol ultrasonic extraction method is simple and reliable and is suitable for the extraction of baicalin from XuanFei Sanjie pills.
