摘 要:民用飞机的排气活门通过调节活门开度大小,控制流出舱室的流量进而达到控制舱室压力的目的,为研究影响民用飞机舱室压力正常控制的因素,为压调系统的设计提供参考,利用Simulink软件搭建数字电动式座舱压力控制系统模型,在模型中分别改变了增压舱容积、排气活门最大作动速度和活门口径,给出系统的座舱高度、座舱压力变化率、排气活门作动速度和角度的变化趋势。仿真结果表明:排气活门最大作动速度对座舱压力正常控制影响较小;当飞机飞行高度基本保持不变时,增压舱容积、活门口径对压调系统的正常控制影响较小;当飞机飞行状态发生改变时,增压舱容积、活门口径对压调系统的正常控制影响较大。Outflow valve of civil aircraft controls the flow out of the cabin by adjusting the opening of the valve,and then achieves the purpose of controlling the pressure of aircraft cabin.In order to research the factors affecting the normal control of civil aircraft cabin pressure and provide a basis for the design of cabin pressure control system,Simulink is used to build a digital electric cabin pressure control system model,in which the volume of the pressur⁃ized cabin,the maximum speed of outflow valve and the diameter of the valve are changed respectively.The change trend of cabin pressure altitude,cabin pressure altitude change rate,outflow valve speed and angle are ob⁃tained.The simulation results show that the maximum speed of outflow valve has little influence on the normal con⁃trol of cabin pressure control system;when the flight altitude of aircraft remains basically unchanged,the volume of the pressurized cabin and the diameter of the valve have little influence on the normal control of cabin pressure control system.When the flight state of aircraft changes,the volume of the pressurized cabin and the diameter of the valve have a greater influence on the normal control of cabin pressure control system.
