摘  要:为定量表明民用飞机电传式油门台推力杆在操纵载荷或振动环境下的滑移水平,从而表明对适航条款CCAR25.1141(d)的符合性,提出了一种MOC2方法,该方法具体为在油门控制组件的设备鉴定试验中对推力杆滑移数据进行监测采集和分析。以工作冲击设备鉴定试验和静力载荷设备鉴定试验为例,对试验方法、数据记录和分析进行了详细介绍,同时说明了该符合性方法在某型民用飞机油门控制组件实际适航取证过程中的应用。实际应用表明,所提出的方法可以定量地体现油门台推力杆在振动载荷或操纵载荷的作用下是否会出现非预期的滑动,从而达到表明设备对CCAR25.1141(d)的符合性的目的。To quantitatively indicate the creep level of the thrust lever on the electrically transmitted throttle control quadrant of civil aircraft,and thus demonstrate compliance with airworthiness regulation CCAR25.1141(d),this paper proposes a MOC2 method,which specifically monitors,collects and analyzes the creep data of the thrust level in the qualification tests of the throttle control quadrant.Taking the operational shocks qualification test and static loads test as examples,a detailed introduction to the test method,data recording and analysis are provided,and the application of this compliance method in the airworthiness certification process of a certain type of civil air⁃craft thrust control assembly is described.Practical applications have shown that the proposed method can quantita⁃tively reflect whether the thrust lever will experience unexpected creep due to control loads or vibration,thereby achieving the purpose of indicating the compliance of the equipment with CCAR25.1141(d).
