摘  要:为保证民机航空安全,满足民机抗爆结构设计要求,通过考虑藏匿爆炸物载体尺寸、爆炸物当量等重要因素,提出了民用飞机抗爆结构设计通用技术要求,基于商用有限元软件建立了抗爆结构仿真分析方案。抗爆结构主材料选用钛合金,爆炸物当量为100 g TNT(三硝基甲苯),通过数值仿真的手段,分析了不同炸药位置对抗爆罐体的影响,以验证所设计的罐体在100 g TNT当量爆炸载荷作用下罐体结构的完整性。同时,为达到定向破坏定向释放爆炸能量且机体结构损伤范围可控的目的,验证了所设计的抗爆结构冲击端头剪断剪切销并顺利飞出罐体的可靠性,为民机定向爆破装置设计提供参考。In order to ensure the safety of civil aircraft and meet the requirement of antiknock structure design,the general technical requirements for antiknock structure design of civil aircraft were put forward by considering the important factors such as the size of the explosive carrier and the explosive equivalent,and the antiknock structure simulation analysis scheme was established based on commercial finite element software.The main material of the antishock structure is titanium alloy,and the explosive equivalent is 100 g TNT.The influence of different explo⁃sive positions on the antishock tank is analyzed by means of numerical simulation,so as to verify the integrity of the designed tank structure under the explosive load equivalent of 100 g TNT equivalent load.At the same time,in or⁃der to achieve the purpose of directional release of explosive energy and the damage range of the body structure is controllable,the reliability of the designed antiknock structure’s impact end shear pin and smooth flight out of the tank is verified,which provides a reference for the design of directional blasting devices for civil aircraft.
