摘  要:民用飞机在取得型号合格证和投入商业运营之前,主制造商必须通过适航符合性试验等方式向中国民用航空局(CAAC)表明所制造的飞机满足中国民用航空规章第25部《运输类飞机适航标准》(CCAR-25-R4)相关条款的要求。针对货舱烟雾探测系统,需满足CCAR 25.858条款“1 min内告警”的功能要求。然而对于如何进行试验验证,相关条款和咨询通告(AC)中并没有给出完整的试验方法。通过解读AC和开展工程实践,从烟雾发生器选取原则、系统安装布置要求和烟雾发生器安装及设置3个方面明确了试验方法的关键,形成了完整的试验方法。最后通过适航符合性试验验证了试验方法的可行性,得出当前构型条件下通风对试验影响较大的重要结论,可以指导后续型号的研制工作。Before a civil aircraft can obtain a type certificate and be put into commercial operation,the main manufac⁃turer must demonstrate to the Civil Aviation Administration of China(CAAC)through airworthiness compliance tests and other means that the aircraft manufactured meets the requirements of therelevant clauses of CCAR-25-R4(Airworthi⁃ness Standards for Transport Aircraft)of Civil Aviation Regulations of China.For the cargo smoke detection system,it is necessary to meet the functional requirements of clause CCAR 25.858 for alarm within 1 min.However,how to test and verify it is not given a complete test method in the relevant clauses and advisory notice(AC).Through the interpre⁃tation of AC and carrying out engineering practice,the key of the test method is clarified from three aspects:the selec⁃tion principle of the smoke generator,the requirements of the system installation and layout,and the installation and set⁃ting of the smoke generator,and a complete test method is formed.Finally,the feasibility of the test method is verified by the airworthiness compliance test,and the important conclusion that ventilation has a great influence on the test un⁃der the current configuration conditions,which can guide the development of the subsequent model.
