摘  要:针对民用飞机试飞测试需求,结合精密设计的负载接入控制单元、阻性负载单元、负载自动加减载控制及显示单元、参数采集单元、应急保护单元、水冷散热系统、风冷散热系统等,建立了一套模拟电负载系统。模拟电负载系统可动态、实时地调整飞机发电机总负载,以此验证飞机发电机系统是否达到设计要求。负载接入民用飞机电网时将产出大量热能,模拟电负载系统利用客舱加装的水箱、风机及对应管路对负载箱以及飞机电子舱配电盘箱等进行散热。通过在飞行试验中设置不同的飞机发电机目标功率,得出不同试验条件下的实测输出功率均值。试验结果表明,飞机发电机的实测输出功率均值与目标功率值偏差绝对值不大于1.26 kVA,满足偏差绝对值不超过3 kVA的试验要求。According to the requirements of civil aircraft flight test,a set of simulated electrical load system is es⁃tablished in this paper,combining the precise design of load access control unit,resistive load unit,automatic load loading and unloading control and display unit,parameter acquisition unit,emergency protection unit,water-cooled cooling system,air-cooled cooling system.The simulated electric load system can dynamically and real-time adjust the total load of the aircraft generator,so as to verify whether the aircraft generator system meets the design require⁃ments.When the load is connected to the civil aircraft power grid,a large amount of heat energy will be generated.The simulated electric load system uses the water tank,fan and corresponding pipes installed in the cabin to dissipate heat from the load box and the aircraft electronic cabin switchboard box.By setting the target power of different air⁃craft generators in the flight test,the average measured output power under different test conditions is obtained.The test results show that the absolute deviation between the measured output power and the target power is no more than 1.26 kVA,which meets the test requirement of the absolute deviation no more than 3 kVA.
