摘　　要：获得局方ETOPS运行审定批准是运营人执行ETOPS运行的前提,为了探究飞机ETOPS运行审定中运营人维系体系建立方法,通过对ETOPS运行审批中维修相关适航条款的分析和研究,并结合国内常见航空公司维修部门组成体系相应职能的研究,提出一种ETOPS运行维修体系的建立方法。Obtaining the ETOPS operation approval from the authorities was the prerequisite for the operator to carry out ETOPS operations.In order to explore the establishment method of the operator’s maintenance system in the aircraft ETOPS operation approval,through the analysis and research of the airworthiness clauses related to maintenance in the ETOPS operation approval,and combined with the study of the corresponding functions of the composition system of the maintenance departments of common domestic airlines,a method for establishing the ETOPS operation and maintenance system was proposed.
