摘　　要：当前,主流民用飞机制造商通常采用“主制造商-供应商”模式,寻求国际化的全球合作,推动了民用航空工业的蓬勃发展。在众多民用飞机供应商中选择潜在合作伙伴,并确保供应商的研制活动及其提供的飞机产品全面地符合型号项目研制的总体要求,供应商的适航能力显得尤为关键。通过对型号合格审定阶段的过程解读,阐述供应商适航能力评价的要素和内容,构建民用飞机供应商适航能力的评价体系,为潜在供应商甄别选择与供应商持续管理提供适航层面的参考。Currently,main civil aircraft manufacturers usually adopt the model of international cooperation be⁃tween manufacturer and suppliers.It ushers in the vigorous development of the civil aviation industry to seek inter⁃national global cooperation.Choosing potential partners among numerous civil aircraft suppliers and ensuring that their research and development activities fully meet the overall requirements by type design,the airworthiness capa⁃bility of supplier is critical,which directly affects the progress of the type design project and may bring huge project risk.This article interprets the processes of type certification and approval,elaborates on the evaluating elements and content of suppliers’airworthiness capability,constructs an airworthiness capability evaluation system for civil aircraft suppliers,which provides a reference in regard of airworthiness management for potential supplier selection and continuous management.
