摘　　要：目的研究和胃利垣颗粒联合雷贝拉唑肠溶片治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效、组织学成熟度和药物安全性。方法选取消化性溃疡患者72例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对比治疗前后两组患者的临床症状消失时间、胃镜临床疗效评价及再生黏膜组织成熟度,并记录用药期间两组不良反应发生情况。结果两组临床症状消失时间无明显差异。28 d治疗组内镜下溃疡愈合程度优于对照组。治疗组再生黏膜成熟程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。治疗组180 d复发率明显降低,差异有统计学意义。两组不良反应情况无明显差异。结论和胃利垣颗粒联合雷贝拉唑肠溶片用于消化性溃疡治疗,有助于提高疗效,减少复发,值得临床应用。Objective This study aims to observe the clinical efficacy,histological maturity,and drug safety of Heweiliyuan decoction in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcers.Methods 72 patients with peptic ulcers were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group.The clinical symptom disappearance time,gastroscopy clinical efficacy evaluation,and regenerated mucosal tissue maturity of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions during medication was recorded in both groups.Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms was similar in both groups.The 28-day treatment group had a better degree of ulcer healing under endoscopy than the control group.Using magnifying endoscopy observation,the maturity of regenerated mucosa in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly reduced after 180 days,and the difference was statistically significant.The occurrence of adverse reactions had no significant disparity between the two groups.Conclusion The combination of Heweiliyuan granules and rabeprazole enteric coated tablets in the treatment of peptic ulcers can improve efficacy,reduce recurrence,and is worthy of clinical application.
