南征调散膏治疗糖尿病汗出异常经验总结

摘　　要：南征教授治疗糖尿病汗出经验丰富,认为病因病机为散膏失用,散膏精液衰乏,助脾胃运化失度,温煦功能受损导致卫气不固,中满内热,裹血失常从而汗出异常。临床用药以甘药守中、甘凉濡润、甘腻滋填、酸甘化阴以调散膏,助脾胃健运,温煦五脏。以升降相因、寒凉清热、甘淡利湿以调散膏,解毒祛邪,调畅气化升降。常用党参、黄芪、白术、石膏、牡蛎等药物治疗糖尿病汗出异常。Professor Nan Zheng has rich experience in the treatment of diabetic sweating,and believes that the etiology and pathogenesis are the apraxia of powdered cream,the lack of semen of powdered cream,the loss of spleen and stomach transportation,and the impaired function of warmth,resulting in disregard for health qi,full of internal heat,and abnormal blood envelopment,resulting in abnormal sweating.The clinical use of sweet medicine is to keep the middle,sweet and cool moisturizing,sweet and greasy to fill,and sour and sweet to dissolve yin to regulate and disperse the ointment,help the spleen and stomach to be healthy,and warm the five organs.With the cause of lifting and falling,cold and heat,sweet and damp to dissipate the ointment,detoxify and dispel evil,and regulate the smooth qi and lift.Codonopsis,astragalus,atractylodes,gypsum,oysters and other drugs are commonly used to treat diabetic sweating.
