摘　　要：本文对团体心理辅导的概念、分类、功能、实证研究进行概述,结合团体心理辅导与大学生心理健康教育,同时结合创新实践工作进行重点探讨,充分分析在大学生心理健康教育全过程中应用团体心理辅导二者结合实践有效性,最后提出团体心理辅导在心理健康教育中的实践启示。This paper provides an overview of the concept,classification,functions,and empirical studies of group psychological counseling.It focuses on innovative practices that integrate group psychological counseling with mental health education for college students,thoroughly analyzing the effectiveness of combining these two practices throughout the entire process of mental health education for college students.Finally,it presents practical insights from the application of group psychological counseling in mental health education.
