摘　　要：流感病毒是一种单股负链RNA病毒。人在感染流感病毒后会引发呼吸道病毒传染性疾病。目前,神经氨酸酶抑制剂是重要的治疗药物之一,但其存在一定的耐药性,故筛选出新型作用机制的抗病毒药物——玛巴洛沙韦。在此针对玛巴洛沙韦的治病机理、专利信息进行分析,旨在为玛巴洛沙韦的研发和产业应用,提供一定的理论基础和前景。Influenza virus is a segmented single-negative-strand RNA virus.Humans cause respiratory viral infectious diseases after infection with influenza virus.Currently,neuraminidase inhibitors are one of the important therapeutic drugs,however,there is some resistance,and thus a novel mechanism of action antiviral drug—Baloxavir marboxil,is screened.Analysis of Baloxavir marboxil mechanisms of treatment,patent information herein to provide some rationale and promise for development and industrial applications of Baloxavir marboxil.
