摘  要:氧化应激损伤是影响生殖细胞体内和体外发育的主要因素。为解决这一问题,人们将抗氧化剂应用于生殖细胞的发育过程中。松果体分泌的褪黑素因其强大的抗氧化特性及其在生殖细胞发育中的作用而逐渐引起关注,其可清除过量氧自由基,保护DNA和质膜的完整性,提高生殖细胞的发育能力,被认为是一种很有前途的生殖疾病治疗激素。本文将对褪黑素的特性、褪黑素在生殖细胞发育中的作用和在辅助生殖技术中的应用展开论述,以期促进其在生殖领域的应用,提高生育成功率。Oxidative stress is the primary factor influencing germ cell development both in vitro and in vivo.In order to address this issue,antioxidants have been employed for promoting germ cell development.Melatonin,a hormone secreted by the pineal gland,has garnered increasing attention due to its potent antioxidant properties and its role in enhancing germ cell development.It effectively eliminates excessive oxygen free radicals,safeguards DNA and plasma membrane integrity,enhances the developmental capacity of germ cells,and is regarded as a promising therapeutic agent for reproductive disorders.This paper aims to explore the characteristics of melatonin,the role of melatonin in germ cell development and its application in assisted reproductive technology,with an ultimate goal of advancing its utilization within the field of reproduction and improving fertility success rates.
