脾虚湿侵裂纹舌形成机理探讨

摘　　要：舌面裂纹是临床常见舌象,常有生理、病理之分。病理性裂纹舌多由热盛、阴虚、血虚、脾虚四类病因所致,四者之中唯有脾虚湿侵裂纹舌形成机理相对复杂、难以理解。从脾虚舌体失养、舌体受浸起褶、舌体胖大受压、舌苔堆积而裂四方面,结合慢性萎缩性胃炎、肠易激综合征、慢性湿疹等相关疾病,对脾虚湿侵裂纹舌的形成机理进行分析,以期为中医舌诊的教学与临床提供思路。Cracked tongue is a common clinical phenomenon,often with a physiological and pathological distinction.Pathologically cracked tongue is mostly caused by heat,Yin deficiency,blood deficiency,and spleen deficiency,among which only the formation mechanism of cracked tongue due to spleen deficiency and dampness is relatively complicated and difficult to understand.In this paper,we try to analyze the formation mechanism of cracked tongue due to spleen deficiency and dampness in combination with chronic atrophic gastritis,irritable bowel syndrome,chronic eczema and other clinically relevant diseases,in order to provide ideas for the teaching and clinical practice of Chinese medicine tongue diagnosis from four aspects:loss of nourishment of the tongue body due to spleen deficiency,immersion and folding of the tongue body,fat and pressure of the tongue body,and accumulation of tongue coating.
