摘　　要：从阳明角度探析湿热在肝豆状核变性中的发生机制及治疗思路。湿热病邪在肝豆状核变性病因中较为常见,且湿热交结易于化痰、成瘀,而变生诸邪,如不及时干预,极大程度上影响着患者病情预后。从阳明主胃肠、阳明主阖及阳明胃与太阴脾掌管人体燥湿平衡的系统功能探讨肝豆状核变性患者湿热发生机制,为肝豆状核变性的中医治疗提供新思路。To explore the pathogenesis and treatment of damp-heat in Wilson disease from the perspective of Yangming theory.Damp-heat pathogens are frequently observed in the etiology of Wilson disease,and the intertwining of damp and heat tends to accumulate phlegm and cause blood stasis,leading to various pathogenic factors.If not intervened in a timely manner,it can significantly impact the prognosis of patients.This article aims to delve into the pathogenesis of damp-heat in patients with Wilson disease,focusing on the systemic functions of Yangming in regulating the gastrointestinal tract,controlling closure,and managing the balance of dryness and dampness through the interaction between the Yangming stomach and Taiyin spleen.The goal is to offer novel insights for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Wilson disease.
