摘　　要：国医大师皮持衡躬行临床、科研50余载,学验俱丰,深究药性、精研配伍,对慢性肾脏病(CKD)的诊疗形成了“补虚泄浊”的学术思想,遣方用药善用药对、巧用药组,达到调其偏性、制其毒性,或相须相使、或增效减毒,临床应用每多效验。介绍皮持衡运用药对及药组治疗CKD的临床经验,探析其配伍辨证特点,总结其用药规律,以期更好地研究与传承皮持衡学术思想,为临床诊疗CKD提供新思路。Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine,PI Chiheng,has been practicing clinical and scientific research for more than 50 years,with abundant academic experience.He has delved into the properties of drugs and studied their compatibility,forming the academic concept of"tonifying deficiency and eliminating turbidity"in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease.He has used effective prescriptions and drugs to adjust their bias,control their toxicity,or enhance their efficacy and reduce their toxicity.His clinical application has proven to be highly effective.The clinical experience of treating chronic kidney disease with drug pairs and drug groups,analyzing their compatibility and differentiation characteristics,summarizing their medication rules,in order to better study and inherit PI Chiheng's academic ideas,and provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease.
