骨疏康胶囊联合伊班膦酸钠对骨质疏松患者血清BGP、β-CTX水平的影响  

Effect of Gushukang Capsule Combined with Ibandronate Sodium on Serum BGP andβ-CTX Levels in Patients with Osteoporosis

摘　　要：目的:探讨骨疏康胶囊联合伊班膦酸钠对骨质疏松(OP)患者血清骨钙素(BGP)、β-胶原羧基端肽(β-CTX水平的影响。方法:用随机数字法将我院在2022年1月—2022年12月期间收治的79例OP患者分成对照组(n=39)、观察组(n=40)。对照组予伊班膦酸钠治疗,观察组在此基础上予骨疏康胶囊治疗,治疗6个月后比较2组疗效、骨代谢指标(BGP、β-CTX)及炎症因子水平。结果:观察组总有效率(90.00%)较对照组高(71.79%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组BGP均增高,β-CTX水平均降低,且观察组BGP水平高于对照组,β-CTX水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均降低,且观察组白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨疏康胶囊联合伊班膦酸钠治疗OP疗效确切,可改善骨代谢、降低炎性反应。Objective:To investigate the effects of Gushukang Capsule combined with ibandronate sodium on serum osteocalcin(BGP),βcollagen carboxy-terminal peptide(β-CTX),levels in patients with osteoporosis(OP).Methods:Seventy-nine OP patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into conventional group(n=39)and observation group(n=40)by random number method.The control group was treated with ibandronate sodium,and the observation group was treated with Gushukang Capsule on the basis of this treatment.After 6 months of treatment,the therapeutic effect,bone metabolism indexes(BGP,β-CTX)and inflammatory factors levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group(90.00%)was higher than that of control group(71.79%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,BGP level increased andβ-CTX level decreased in both groups,and the BGP level in observation group was higher than that in control group,andβ-CTX level was lower than that in control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αwere decreased in both groups,and the levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin observation group were lower than those in control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gushukang capsule combined with ibandronate sodium is effective in treating OP,which can improve bone metabolism and reduce inflammatory response.
