基于经筋理论评估下针刀松解联合关节镜手术治疗肩周炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于经筋理论评估下针刀松解联合关节镜手术治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法:选取2022年12月—2023年12月九江市中医医院骨伤科收治的肩周炎患者62例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组31例(单纯关节镜手术治疗)和观察组31例(基于经筋理论精准评估下针刀松解联合关节镜手术治疗)。比较2组的肩关节功能、疼痛指数、临床疗效、并发症发生率。结果:治疗后,2组肩关节功能均优于治疗前、疼痛指数均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组的肩关节功能优于对照组、疼痛指数低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率与对照组比较无明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:基于经筋理论评估下针刀松解联合关节镜手术治疗肩周炎可以更好地改善肩关节功能,减轻疼痛,提高临床疗效,且不增加并发症的发生率。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of needle-knife release combined with arthroscopic surgery for the treatment of frozen shoulder based on meridian-sinew theory.Methods:62 patients with frozen shoulder treated at the department of orthopedics and traumatology,Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method:the control group(31 cases,treated with arthroscopic surgery alone)and the observation group(31 cases,treated with needle-knife release combined with arthroscopic surgery based on precise evaluation under meridian-sinew theory).Compare the shoulder joint function,pain index,clinical efficacy,and incidence of complications between two groups.Results:After treatment,both groups had better shoulder joint function and lower pain index than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group had better shoulder joint function and lower pain index than the control group(P<0.05);the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Needle-knife release combined with arthroscopic surgery based on meridian-sinew theory can significantly improve shoulder joint function,alleviate pain,and enhance clinical efficacy in patients with frozen shoulder without increasing the risk of complications.
