地黄饮子加减联合耳针治疗阿尔茨海默病患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨地黄饮子加减联合耳针治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者的临床效果。方法:选取2023年3月—2024年3月赣州市第三人民医院收治的90例AD患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组予以盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗,观察组加用地黄饮子加减联合耳针治疗,2组均连续治疗4周。比较2组临床疗效、焦虑抑郁障碍程度、生活自理能力、认知功能及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);2组治疗后汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均较治疗前低,且观察组较对照组低;2组治疗后日常生活能力量表(ADL)、简易智力量表(MMSE)评分均较治疗前高,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:AD患者应用地黄饮子加减联合耳针治疗效果较佳,有利于改善认知功能、生活自理能力及心理健康状况,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Modified Dihuang Yinzi Decoction combined with auricular acupuncture in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods:A total of 90 AD patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Ganzhou City from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Donepezil hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was treated with Modified Dihuang Yinzi Decoction combined with auricular acupuncture.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,the degree of anxiety and depression disorder,self-care ability,cognitive function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The scores of hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The scores of activity of daily living scale(ADL)and mini-mental state examination(MMSE)after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of AD patients with Modified Dihuang Yinzi Decoction and auricular acupuncture has good effect,which is conducive to improving cognitive function,self-care ability and mental health status.It is safe and worthy of clinical application.
