督脉铺灸联合玉屏风颗粒对变应性鼻炎患者血清IFN-γ、IL-5、EOS水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察督脉铺灸联合玉屏风颗粒对变应性鼻炎患者血清γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)水平的影响。方法:将60例诊断为肺气虚寒证的变应性鼻炎患者按就诊顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。观察组给予督脉铺灸联合玉屏风颗粒治疗,对照组给予口服西药氯雷他定片和玉屏风颗粒治疗,30 d后评估2组患者临床治疗效果、鼻症状总分表(TNSS)评分及血清中IFN-γ、IL-5、EOS的变化。结果:观察组的总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);治疗后,2组TNSS评分均有所下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);2组IFN-γ水平均上升,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组IL-5、EOS水平均下降,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:督脉铺灸联合玉屏风颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎疗效较好,能够降低患者血清中IL-5、EOS水平,升高IFN-γ水平,可有效减轻鼻部症状及炎症反应。Objective:To observe the effects of Du Meridian paving moxibustion combined with Yupingfeng Granules on serum gammainterferon(IFN-γ),interleukin-5(IL-5)and peripheral blood eosinophils(EOS)levels in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods:60 allergic rhinitis patients diagnosed with lung Qi deficiency and cold syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Du Meridian paving moxibustion combined with Yupingfeng Granules,while the control group was treated with oral loratadine tablets and Yupingfeng Granules.After 30 days,the clinical therapeutic effect,nasal symptom total score scale(TNSS)evaluation and serum IFN-γ,IL-5,EOS changes in the 2 groups were evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than that of control group 66.67%(P<0.05).After treatment,TNSS was decreased in both groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).IFN-γlevels were increased in both groups,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-5 and EOS in 2 groups were decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Du Meridian paving moxibustion combined with Yupingfeng Granules has a significant therapeutic efficacy in allergic rhinitis,which can reduce the serum levels of IL-5 and EOS,increase the level of IFN-γ,and effectively alleviate nasal symptoms and inflammation.
