摘 要:目的:依据《中华人民共和国药典》2020版四部通则,对壮药枫荷桂进行系统研究,建立其药材质量标准。方法:采用显微鉴别法对药材的粉末特征进行描述;采用硅胶HSGF254薄层板,以桑黄酮为对照品,建立薄层色谱鉴别方法;参照《中华人民共和国药典》四部通则方法检测枫荷桂药材中的水分、总灰分及酸不溶性灰分;采用高效液相色谱法,建立枫荷桂药材的特征图谱,并以氧化白藜芦醇为质控指标成分建立枫荷桂药材的含量测定方法。结果:利用所建方法对12批次样品的测定结果为:水分7.65%~11.82%,总灰分1.40%~10.96%,酸不溶性灰分0.64%~9.35%,醇溶性浸出物9.51%~22.17%,氧化白藜芦醇含量在0.0075%~0.7782%。结论:本研究完善了枫荷桂药材鉴别和含量测定方法。该方法易于操作,专属性较强,对准确评价药材内在质量,保证用药品质具有重要意义。Objective:According to the current four general rules of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 edition,a systematic research on the Zhuang medicine Fenghegui was conducted to establish the quality standards of medicinal materials.Methods:The powder characteristics of medicinal materials were described by microscopic identification method.Silica gel HSGF254 thin-layer plate was employed to establish a TLC identification method with mulberrin as reference substances.Loss on drying,total ash and acid-insoluble ash extractives of 12 batches of Fenghegui were determined according to the general principles of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 edition.HPLC was used to establish the characteristic chromatogram of Fenghegui,and the content determination method was established with oxidized resveratrol as the quality control index components of Fenghegui.Results:The water content,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,ethanol-soluble extractive and the content of oxidized resveratrol of all samples varied in the ranges of 7.65%-11.82%,1.40%-10.96%,0.64%-9.35%,9.51%-2.17%,and 0.0075%~0.7782%,respectively.Conclusion:In this study,the identification and content determination methods of Fenghegui materials were improved.The methods are easy to operate and exclusive,which is of great significance to accurately evaluate the internal quality of medicinal materials and ensure the quality of drug used.
