摘　　要：支气管哮喘是一种临床常见且复杂的慢性炎症性气道疾病,在世界范围内具有较高的发病率、死亡率和经济负担。单纯以西医治疗哮喘存在药物耐受性及副作用等问题,而中医治疗哮喘不仅能有效改善症状,还能减轻药物的不良反应。现通过回顾近5年哮喘的相关文献,进一步阐述哮喘的历史渊源和病因病机,并基于辨证分期分析中医不同治法对哮喘的临床疗效,旨在从中医内治和外治的角度深入揭示哮喘的诊治规律,以期为中医治疗支气管哮喘提供新的思路和手段。Asthma is a common and complex chronic inflammatory airway disease with significant morbidity,mortality and economic burden worldwide.There are some problems such as drug tolerance and side effects in the treatment of asthma by Western medicine alone,while the treatment of asthma by traditional Chinese medicine can not only improve the symptoms effectively,but also reduce the adverse reactions of drugs.This paper reviews the relevant literature of asthma in the past five years,further expounds the historical origin,etiology and pathogenesis of asthma,and analyzes the clinical efficacy of different treatments of traditional Chinese medicine on asthma based on syndrome differentiation and staging,aiming to reveal the rules of diagnosis and treatment of asthma from the perspective of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide new ideas and means for the treatment of bronchial asthma with traditional Chinese medicine.
