摘　　要：为解决无线体域网通信过程中的隐私保护和用户开销问题,本文提出一种适用于资源受限的医疗应用环境的无证书匿名认证协议。采用区块链技术设计无证书的匿名认证协议,并基于在线离线签密机制来实现双向认证。在随机语言模型下证明了所提协议的安全性。To address the issues of privacy protection and user overhead in wireless body area network communication,this paper proposes a certificate free anonymous authentication protocol suitable for resource limited medical application environments.Design a certificate free anonymous authentication protocol using blockchain technology,and implement bidirectional authentication based on online and offline signing mechanisms.Prove the security of the proposed protocol under a random language model.
