摘　　要：为客观了解企业对大数据技术专业人才的社会需求,本文利用Python爬虫技术采集招聘网站大数据相关岗位的招聘信息,使用Pandas和matplotlib等工具分析和展示。通过分析发现,长沙市招聘大数据专业的行业主要为互联网,占比达38%,远超其他行业;公司规模主要为中小微型企业;对应聘者学历要求以本科和大专学历为主;工作经验要求主要为1-3年;岗位薪资集中5千-1万元;在技能方面要求以开发语言Python为主,其次是Java语言;工作职责侧重于数据分析、挖掘等对编程能力要求较高的工作。To objectively understand the social demand for big data technology professionals in enterprises,this article uses Python crawler technology to collect recruitment information for big data related positions on job websites,and analyzes and displays it using tools such as Pandas and matplotlib.Through analysis,it is found that the Internet is the main industry for Changsha to recruit big data professionals,accounting for 38%,far more than other industries;The company mainly consists of small and medium-sized enterprises;The educational requirements for applicants are mainly based on undergraduate and associate degrees;The main requirement for work experience is 1-3 years;Centralized salary for positions ranging from 5000 to 10000 yuan;In terms of skills,Python is the main development language,followed by Java language;The job responsibilities focus on tasks that require high programming skills,such as data analysis and mining.
