摘　　要：创面愈合是一个复杂且高度协调的生理过程,涉及多种细胞类型、生长因子和细胞外基质的相互作用。其目的是修复受损组织,恢复皮肤的完整性和功能。然而多种内外因素均会导致创面愈合延迟或异常,给患者带来巨大的痛苦和经济负担。因此,开发安全、有效地促进创面愈合的治疗方法具有重要的临床意义。近年来,天然产物在创面愈合领域的研究引起了广泛关注,其中小檗碱作为一种具有多重药理活性的生物碱,在促进创面愈合方面的显著效果备受瞩目。本文将从多个角度深入探讨小檗碱在创面愈合中的应用研究进展。Wound healing is a complex and highly coordinated physiological process,involving the interaction of various cell types,growth factors,and extracellular matrix.Its goal is to repair damaged tissue and restore skin integrity and function.However,various internal and external factors can lead to delayed or abnormal wound healing,causing significant pain and economic burdens for patients.Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to develop safe and effective treatments to promote wound healing.In recent years,research on natural products in the field of wound healing has attracted widespread attention,and berberine,a biological alkaloid with multiple pharmacological activities,has garnered considerable attention for its remarkable effects in promoting wound healing.This article provides an in-depth review on the progress in the application of berberine in wound healing from multiple perspectives.
