摘　　要：数据治理是为了确保数据资源潜在价值得以有效发挥而实施的一系列管理活动,贯穿数据资源价值实现各个阶段,是数据要素助力经济高质量发展的战略支撑。本文对我国企业数据治理能力进行调查研究,结果表明:①当前我国企业数据治理能力整体不高;②员工丰富的数字化素养与良好的市场环境能够提升企业数据治理能力;③良好的数据治理能力能够有效降低企业数据资源资产化的预期风险,提升企业未来竞争力。本文研究有助于认识我国企业数据治理能力现实状况、影响因素及经济效应,对发挥数据资源的价值创造功能具有重要意义。Data governance is a series of management activities implemented to ensure that the potential value of data resources can be effectively played,throughout the various stages of the realization of the value of data resources,and is a strategic support for data elements to help the high-quality development of the economy.This study conducts a survey on China’s corporate data governance capacity,and the results show that:①the overall data governance capacity of Chinese enterprises is not high;②the rich digital background of employees and a good market environment can improve the data governance capacity of enterprises;③the data governance capacity can effectively reduce the expected risk of the association of corporate data resources and enhance the future competitiveness of enterprises.This study helps to understand the reality of China’s corporate data governance capabilities,influencing factors and economic effects,and is of great significance to the function of data resources.
