摘　　要：乡镇(街道)社工站建设是打通为民服务“最后一米”、提高基层民政服务质量和专业化水平的重要举措,不仅有利于推动中国社会工作本土化、专业化发展进程,也有利于提升基层治理现代化水平。2018—2024年以来,相关研究从乡镇(街道)社工站建立的必要性、路径机制、政策依据、实务经验、人才培养、困境及其进路等方面进行了阐述。当前中国乡镇(街道)社工站相关研究尚处于发展完善阶段,在研究视角、分析框架、主体选择、进路探索等方面还需要进一步改进,也需要立足于乡镇(街道)社工站建设现状,就其发展规律和趋势进行政策展望。The construction of social work stations in townships(streets)is an important measure to bridge the“last mile”of public service and improve the quality and professional level of grassroots civil affairs services.It not only comtributes to promoting the localization and professionalization of social work in China,but also helps to enhance the modernization level of grassroots governance.In the years from 2018 to 2024,relevant studies have elaborated on various aspects,including the necessity of establishing social work stations in townships(streets),the path mechanisms,policy bases,practical experiences,talent cultivation,difficulties,and approaches.At present,the research related to social work stations in townships(streets)in China is still in the stage of development and improvement.There is a need for further improvement in aspects such as research perspectives,analytical frameworks,subject selection,and approach exploration.It is also necessary to base on the current situation of the construction of social work stations in townships(streets)and briefly forecast their development laws and trends.
