摘　　要：高速公路路网是由点、线、面组成的庞大交通体系,多年积累的交通运行数据蕴含路网短期、中期和长期的交通运行规律。为满足管理者和出行者全面掌握高速公路交通运行状况的需求,建立基于时空维度的高速公路交通运行状况评价体系,包括评价对象、评价指标和评价方法。从空间维度将评价对象划分为节点、路段和路网,从时间维度将评价对象划分为实时、时段和长时。根据不同的评价需求组合时间维度和空间维度评价对象,选择平均行程速度、交通流量、拥堵状态比例、各拥堵状态路段比例、拥堵路段比例和常发拥堵路段比例6个指标中的若干指标,运用基于规则的方法对评价对象进行交通运行状况评价。以收费数据为基础数据,对评价体系效果进行验证和分析,结果表明文中提出的评价体系可以全面、综合地反映路网不同时空维度交通运行状况,可指导实时交通管控并完善路网结构。The expressway network is a vast transportation system composed of points,lines,and surfaces.The accumulated traffic data over the years contains the short-term,medium-term,and long-term traffic operation rules of the network.In order to meet the needs of managers and travelers to comprehensively grasp the expressway traffic status,an evaluation system for expressway traffic status based on spatiotemporal dimension has been build,including evaluation objects,evaluation indicators,and evaluation methods.The evaluation objects are divided into road nodes,sections,and networks from the spatial dimension,and into real-time,time period,and long-term from the temporal dimension.According to different evaluation requirements,the evaluation objects are combined in time and space dimensions,and several indicators are selected from six indicators:,including average travel speed,traffic flow,congestion ratio,road section ratio of different congestion states,congestion road section ratio,and frequent congestion road section ratio.A rule-based method is used to evaluate the traffic status of the evaluation objects.The effectiveness of the evaluation system was verified and analyzed based on the toll data.The results show that the evaluation system proposed in this article can comprehensively reflect the traffic operation status of different spatiotemporal dimensions of the road network,can be used to guide real-time traffic control and improvement of the road network structure.
