摘  要:为应对我国北方地区漫长冬季路面积雪带来的挑战,鉴于传统除冰雪方式会消耗大量人力、物力和财力,针对“主动型”融冰雪技术,即预置石墨烯纤维网加热路面展开研究。首先,利用有限元仿真软件构建石墨烯纤维网热力学模型,分析纤维网尺寸参数和布设间距,通过仿真实验确定最佳铺设尺寸参数;其次,制作室外路面板,将石墨烯纤维网预埋于路面上面层和中面层之间;最后,利用电能将石墨烯纤维网通电加热,验证预置石墨烯纤维网发热路面的融冰雪效果。实验结果表明,有限元模拟分析结果与室外路面板融冰雪实验结果契合度较高,在外界环境温度为-20℃、压实雪层厚度为20 cm左右的情况下,自然融化耗时55 h,能够实现路面冰雪的有效清理。In order to cope with the challenges brought by the snow on the road in the long winter in the northern region,that traditional methods of snow and ice removal consume considerable human,material,and financial resources,this paper studied“active”ice and snow melting technology—research on pre-fabricated graphene fiber mesh heating road surface.First,finite element simulation software was used to construct a thermodynamic model of a graphene fiber network to analyze its dimensional parameters and layout spacing.Simulations were conducted to determine the optimal placement dimensions.Secondly,outdoor road panels were then created,with the graphene fiber network embedded between the upper and middle layers of the pavement.Finally the network was electrically heated to test the effectiveness of the graphene fiber network in melting ice and snow.Experimental results showed a high correlation between finite element simulation analysis and outdoor road panel tests.Under external environmental conditions of-20℃and a compacted snow layer approximately 20 cm thick,natural melting would take 55 hours,effectively clearing the ice and snow from the road surface.
