多元热流体驱井网组合对油藏生产特征的影响

摘  要:渤海A油田为典型中高渗边水稠油油藏,采用多元热流体吞吐取得了较好开发效果,但总体采出程度仍相对较低,有必要通过转驱进一步提高最终采收率。应用数值模拟对多元热流体转驱井网形式进行了优化研究,考虑了4种井网组合形式:直井注-直井采、直井注-水平井采、水平井注-直井采、水平井注-水平井采。结果表明:多元热流体驱替方式能够取得较好的开发效果,注入温度超过200℃以上采出程度增加幅度明显。通过分析不同注入温度情况下,4种井网组合形式的阶段采出程度、日产油量、含油饱和度场、温度场和黏度场,认为直井注-直井采井网组合形式开发效果最差,水平井注-水平井采井网组合形式由于波及范围更大、更均匀,开发效果最好,为推荐井网组合形式。The A Oilfield in the Bohai Sea is a typical medium-high permeability edge-water heavy oil reservoir,which has achieved good development results through the use of multi-component thermal fluid huff and puff.However,the overall recovery rate is still relatively low,and it is necessary to further improve the final recovery rate through displacement conversion.Numerical simulation was applied to optimize the form of the multi-component thermal fluid conversion well network,four types of well network combinations were considered:vertical well injection-vertical well production,vertical well injection-horizontal well production,horizontal well injectionvertical well production,and horizontal well injection-horizontal well production.The results show that the multi-component thermal fluid displacement method can achieve good development results,and the injection temperature above 200℃significantly increases the recovery degree.By analyzing the stage recovery degree,daily oil production,oil saturation field,temperature field,and viscosity field of the four types of well pattern combinations under different injection temperatures,it is believed that the combination of vertical well injection and vertical well production pattern has the worst development effect,while the combination of horizontal well injection and horizontal well production pattern has the best development effect due to a larger and more uniform coverage.Therefore,it is recommended as the combination of well patterns.
