摘　　要：朱家墩储气库枯竭气藏压力水平低、地质构造不落实、小断层发育,针对储气库多断层水平段轨迹调整难度大、固井质量要求高等技术难点,开展枯竭气藏储气库钻井技术攻关研究,通过优化钻井工艺、优选导向工具仪器,采用强封堵高性能水基钻井液体系,满足储气库高强度注采要求的固井工艺等技术,形成一套行之有效的技术措施,先后完成Zhuchu1-1、Zhuchu1-P1、Zhuchu1-P2三口井施工,提速提质效果显著。其中,Zhuchu1-P2井多次刷新长三角地区及中国石化相关纪录,主要钻井指标达到国内储气库钻井先进水平。三口井的成功实施积累了宝贵的经验,为后续类似井的施工提供借鉴和参考。The depleted gas reservoir of the Zhujiadun Gas-storage has low-pressure levels,unexecuted geological structure,and developed small faults.Due to the technical difficulties such as the difficulty of adjusting the trajectory of a multi-fault horizontal section of gas storage and the high cementing quality requirements,it carried out the research on drilling technology of depleted gas reservoir storage.A set of effective technical measures is formed by optimizing drilling technology,selecting the guiding tools and instruments,adopting the system of strong plugging high-performance water-based drilling fluids,and cementing techniques to meet the requirements of high-strength injection and production of gas storage.These measures have resulted in a set of beneficial technical strategies.Successive completion of wells Zhu Chu 1-1,Zhu Chu 1-P1,and Zhu Chu 1-P2 has significantly improved both speed and quality.Among them,the well Zhu Chu 1-P2 has set new records in the Yangtze River Delta region and SINOPEC many times,and the main drilling indexes have reached the advanced level of domestic gas storage drilling.The successful implementation of the three wells has accumulated valuable experience,providing a reference for the construction of similar wells in the future.
