常温液态CO_(2)压注工艺的研究及矿场试验

摘  要:针对低温CO_(2)压注过程中存在易汽化、易冻堵及对井筒管材的应力伤害等问题,优化常温CO_(2)压注工艺和流程,研制了CO_(2)换热器、CO_(2)喂液泵和CO_(2)注入泵等关键设备,实现了CO_(2)常温压注(0~25℃),即将CO_(2)压注温度由低温(-20~-25℃)提高至常温(0~25℃)后注入井内。苏北盆地溱潼凹陷页岩油SD1井运用常温CO_(2)压注工艺开展万吨级CO_(2)吞吐矿场试验,CO_(2)喂液温度和喂液压力分别为0~10℃、5~6 MPa,井口CO_(2)注入压力31~38 MPa,CO_(2)注入速度25~30 t/h,累计注入液态CO_(2)量17050.73 t,连续注入时间732.5 h,提高了CO_(2)压注的平稳性和时效性,保证了井筒管柱和工具性能的稳定性。SD1井自喷期已延长330 d,产油量6009.47 t,产液量11873.63 t。矿场试验表明,常温液态CO_(2)压注为页岩油井大规模开展CO_(2)吞吐提供了有效的技术支持。In response to issues such as easy vaporization,freezing blockage,and stress damage to wellbore tubing during lowtemperature CO_(2)pressure injection,the process of CO_(2)pressure injection at ambient temperature was optimized.Key equipment such as CO_(2)heat exchangers,CO_(2)liquid feeding pumps,and CO_(2)injection pumps was developed to achieve CO_(2)pressure injection at ambient temperature(0 to 25℃),i.e.,the temperature of CO_(2)injection raised from a low-temperature(-20 to-25℃)to an ambient temperature(0 to 25℃)before injection into the well.The SD1 shale oil well in the Qintong depression of the Subei Basin has applied the ambient temperature CO_(2)pressure injection process for a 10,000 tons CO_(2)huff-n-puff field test.The CO_(2)feeding liquid temperature and pressure are 0 to 10℃and 5 to 6 MPa,respectively.The wellhead CO_(2)injection pressure is from 31 to 38 MPa,the CO_(2)injection rate is from 25 to 30 t/h,the cumulative injection amount of liquid CO_(2)is 17,050.73 t,and the continuous injection time is 732.5 h.These parameters have improved the stability and timeliness of CO_(2)pressurized injection,ensuring the stability of the wellbore tubing column and tool performance.The self-blow period of well SD1 has been extended by 330 days,with an oil production of 6,009.47 t and a fluid production of 11,873.63 t.The field test indicates that ambient temperature liquid CO_(2)pressure injection provides effective technical support for large-scale CO_(2)huff-n-puff operations in shale oil wells.
