摘　　要：实现新型工业化是推进中国式现代化的关键任务。本文通过系统梳理河南省推进新型工业化采取的系列举措及取得的成效,剖析其在推进新型工业化过程中面临的短板和挑战,提出了加快提升新型工业化水平的对策建议。近年来,河南省全力实施创新驱动、换道领跑、数字化转型、绿色低碳转型等战略,在产业创新、产业升级、数字化转型、绿色发展、企业培育等方面取得一定成效,但仍面临产业链创新链资金链对接不畅、新产业新产品新业态发展不足、智能化服务化绿色化水平不高、龙头型引领型优质型企业不多等问题,本文就此针对性提出加快推进新型工业化的相关对策,为新形势下地方加速新型工业化进程、推动高质量发展提供有益参考。The realization of new-type industrialization is the key task to promote Chinese modernization.This paper systematically sorts out a series of measures taken by Henan Province to promote new-type industrialization and the results achieved,analyzes the shortcomings and challenges it faces in the process of promoting new-type industrialization,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the level of new-type industrialization.In recent years,Henan Province has made great efforts to implement strategies such as innovation-driven,lane-changing leading,digital transformation,green and low-carbon transformation,and has achieved certain results in industrial innovation,industrial upgrading,digital transformation,green development,and enterprise cultivation.However,it still faces problems such as poor docking of the capital chain of the industrial chain innovation chain,insufficient development of new industries,new products and new formats,low level of intelligent service greening,and few leading high-quality enterprises.This paper puts forward relevant countermeasures to accelerate the new-type industrialization,and provides a useful reference for local governments to accelerate the new-type industrialization process and promote high-quality development under the new situation.
