摘  要:化工行业是国民经济的重要支柱和基础产业,生产过程具有高度的复杂性,涉及的危险化学品往往具有易燃、易爆、有毒、有害等特性,化工安全事故不仅可能造成严重的人员伤亡和财产损失,还会对生态环境造成长期破坏。为实现化工企业的安全生产和环保治理,研发部署基于新声光探测技术、物联传感技术、工业AI模型技术的工业安全环保信息化应用,成为防范安全环保事故的重要解决途径。本研究聚焦化工企业安全环保AI数字化平台建设,阐述其在提升化工企业安全管理水平、降低环境风险、优化生产流程等方面的重要作用。通过对平台建设的背景、目标、关键技术、系统架构、功能模块以及实践应用案例的深入分析,总结建设经验与成效,探讨企业安全环保数字化路径,并提出相应的发展对策,为传统化工企业数字化转型和可持续发展提供参考。The chemical industry is an important pillar and fundamental industry of the national economy,and its production process is highly complex.The hazardous chemicals involved often have characteristics such as flammability,explosiveness,toxicity,and harm.Once an accident occurs,it may not only cause serious casualties and property damage,but also have a huge social impact,and even cause long-term damage to the ecological environment.In order to achieve safety production and environmental governance in chemical enterprises,traditional chemical enterprises have developed and deployed industrial safety and environmental protection information applications based on new sound and light detection technology,IoT sensing technology,and industrial AI model technology,which has become an important solution for preventing safety and environmental accidents.This study focuses on the construction of an AI digital platform for safety and environmental protection in chemical enterprises,and elaborates on its important role in improving the safety management level of chemical enterprises,reducing environmental risks,and optimizing production processes.Through in-depth analysis of the background,goals,key technologies,system architecture,functional modules,and practical application cases of platform construction,summarizing the construction experience and effectiveness,exploring the digital path of enterprise safety and environmental protection,and proposing corresponding development strategies,it is of great practical significance to provide reference for the digital transformation and sustainable development of traditional chemical enterprises.
