摘 要:水-能源纽带关系是当前国际研究的热点领域,对于指导实现可持续发展目标具有重要意义。基于水-能源纽带关系理论,提出了小型灌溉泵站可持续运行评价的关键指标,包括能耗量、虚拟水消耗量和碳排放量。以江苏某地48个小型灌溉泵站为例,通过实地调查和测流试验,测算了泵站的提水量和耗电量及其运行过程中的虚拟水消耗量和碳排放量。研究发现,泵站运行的可持续性受水泵特性、工作扬程、渠道现状、电机性能及规划布局等因素的影响。由此,提出了数据收集与分析、问题诊断与改进、布局优化与规划和效率监测与维护等措施,以提升泵站的运行效率和资源利用效率,促进节能减排。The water-energy nexus is currently a hot topic in international research and has significant implications for guiding the achievement of sustainable development goals.Based on the theory of water-energy nexus,key indicators for the sustainable operation evaluation of small irrigation pumping stations have been proposed,including energy consumption,virtual water consumption,and carbon emissions.Taking 48 small irrigation pumping stations in a certain area of Jiangsu Province as examples,the pumping capacity and power consumption of the pumping stations,as well as the virtual water consumption and carbon emissions during operation,were calculated through field investigation and flow measurement experiments.Research has found that the sustainability of pump station operation is influenced by factors such as pump characteristics,working head,channel status,motor performance,and planning layout.Therefore,measures such as data collection and analysis,problem diagnosis and improvement,layout optimization and planning,and efficiency monitoring and maintenance have been proposed to improve the operational efficiency and resource utilization efficiency of pumping stations,and to promote energy conservation and emission reduction.
