摘  要:制备了表面粗糙度为14.2μm、9.3μm、8.1μm的7075铝合金固态基板,并通过固-液铸轧工艺制备了7075/1070A铝合金复合板。通过激光共聚焦扫描显微镜(CLSM)、金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)及拉剪实验等检测分析方法,研究了固态基板表面粗糙度对固-液铸轧7075/1070A铝合金复合板结合行为影响。结果表明,在固-液铸轧复合板过程中,固态基板表面粗糙度越高,复合板元素扩散宽度越大,复合板结合强度越高。当固态基板表面粗糙度达到14.2μm时,制备的复合板结合强度为53.6 MPa,元素扩散宽度为5.2μm。In this paper,7075 aluminum alloy solid substrate with surface roughness of 14.2μm,9.3μm,8.1μm is prepared,and 7075/1070A aluminum alloy composite plate is prepared by solid-liquid casting and rolling process.The influence of surface roughness of solid substrate on bonding behavior of 7075/1070A aluminum alloy composite plate is studied by laser confocal scanning microscope(CLSM),metallography microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and tensile shear test.The results show that:in the process of solid-liquid cast-rolling composite plate,the higher the surface roughness of solid substrate,the larger the diffusion width of composite plate elements and the higher the bonding strength of composite plate.When the surface roughness of solid substrate reaches 14.2μm,the bonding strength of composite plate is 53.6 MPa and the element diffusion width is 5.2μm.
