摘 要:研究采用TC11钛合金作为实验材料,在时效温度确定条件下,改变固溶温度,并使用光学显微镜、室温拉伸性能测试以及扫描电子显微镜等仪器,探究TC11钛合金经不同固溶时效处理后的微观组织形貌与拉伸性能变化。研究发现,在固溶温度为两相区时,合金的微观组织类型为双态组织,其组织主要由初生α相以及β转变组织构成,随着固溶温度升高,初生α相含量减少,β转变组织体积增加,当固溶温度升单相区时,组织中初生α相完全消失并出现粗大的β晶粒,组织类型转变为细片层β转变组织。在固溶温度由两相区向单相区转变的过程中,合金的强度随固溶温度升高而逐渐增加,塑性则随固溶温度的升高而不断减少,拉伸断口形貌由韧窝形貌向岩石状相貌转变,且整个过程中的撕裂棱形貌逐渐明显。In this paper,TC11 titanium alloy is used as the experimental material.Under the condition of determined aging temperature,the solution temperature is changed,and instruments such as optical microscope,room temperature tensile property test and scanning electron microscope are used to investigate the changes in microstructure and tensile properties of TC11 titanium alloy after different solution aging treatments.It is found that when the solution temperature is in the two-phase region,the microstructure type of the alloy is a bimodal structure,and its structure is mainly composed of primaryαphase andβtransformation structure.With the increase of solution temperature,the content of primaryαphase decreases and the volume ofβtransformation structure increases.When the solution temperature rises to the single-phase region,the primaryαphase in the structure disappears completely and coarseβgrains appear,and the structure type changes to fine lamellarβtransformation structure.In the process of solid solution temperature changing from two-phase region to single-phase region,the strength of the alloy increases gradually with the increase of solid solution temperature,while the plasticity decreases with the increase of solid solution temperature.The tensile fracture morphology changes from dimple morphology to rock-like morphology,and the tearing prismatic appearance in the whole process is gradually obvious.
