摘 要:采用脉冲激光焊接技术对1.2 mm厚薄板铝合金进行脉冲激光搭接焊,研究了不同激光功率、脉冲频率及脉冲宽度对焊缝成型的影响。结果表明,激光功率、脉冲宽度对焊缝熔深及结合宽度影响较大;脉冲频率影响了焊缝搭叠率。当搭叠面积大于50%时,焊缝表面成型良好。金相结果显示,焊缝由细小的柱状晶及树枝晶组成,熔合区附近存在细小柱状晶,重熔界线附近组织为粗化的柱状晶。In this paper,pulse laser welding technology is used to weld 1.2mm thick aluminum alloy and the influence of different laser power,pulse frequency and pulse width on weld forming is studied.The results show that laser power and pulse width have great influence on weld penetration and bonding width.Pulse frequency affects weld overlap rate.When the overlap area is greater than 50%,the weld surface is well formed.Metallographic results show that the weld is composed of fine columnar crystals and dendrites,there are fine columnar crystals near the fusion zone,and coarse-columnar crystals near the remelting boundary.
