摘  要:文章论述了0.8 mm×1 219 mm×C mm、单重大于4t的GH3600带材生产工艺,其主要技术工艺为VIM+ESR两步法熔炼、锻造、热连轧、二十辊冷轧及在线热处理等。经过最终产品检验,带材表面质量、化学成分、力学性能、腐蚀速率等符合ASTM B168要求,满足新能源制造的行业要求。经过批量生产验证,采用该工艺技术所生产的带材质量稳定,同时,为我国镍基高温合金带材的科研生产奠定了一定的工艺基础。In this paper,the production process of GH3600 strip with a weight of 0.8 mm×1219 mm×C mm and a unit weight greater than 4 tons is described.The main technical processes involved include VIM+ESR two-step melting,forging,hot continuous rolling,20-high cold rolling and online heat treatment.After the final product inspection,the surface quality,chemical composition,mechanical properties,corrosion rate,etc.of the strip meet the requirements of ASTM B168,and meet the industry requirements of new energy manufacturing.After mass production verification,the quality of the strip produced by this technology is stable,and at the same time,it has laid a certain technological foundation for the scientific research and production of nickelbased superalloy strip in China.
