摘　　要：文章从型材检测的硬度、力学性能、涂层颜色变化、附着性能、老化性能等方面进行验证,实现粉末喷涂型材免时效的工艺应用,从而在保证产品性能及表面质量的前提下,大幅节约时效工序的能源损耗及人工成本,并缩短产品的生产周期。In this paper,the hardness,mechanical properties,coating color change,adlhesion properties,aging properties and other aspects of the profile detection are verified,and the process application of powder spraying profiles is realized,so as to greatly save the energy consumption and labor cost of the aging process and shorten the production cycle of the product under the premise of ensuring product performance and surface quality.
