摘　　要：从2012—2021年安徽省节能环保支出现状入手,厘清安徽省生态文明建设中财政支出存在的问题。研究发现安徽省存在节能环保支出规模偏小、稳定增长性有待加强、地区不均衡、效果有待改善的问题,并提出建立节能环保支出稳定增长机制、完善节能环保工作协调机制、强化节能环保支出监管等措施。This article begins with the status quo of Anhui Province’s financial expenditure on energy-saving and environmental protection from 2012 to 2021 to clarify the general issues of Anhui Province’s financial expenditure in ecological civilization construction.The study reveals that Anhui Province faces challenges such as a relatively small scale of expenditure,an enhancement of a stable growth,an imbalanced development among regions,and an ineffective management in the energy-saving and environmental protection.To address these issues,the paper proposes establishing a stable growth mechanism for energy-saving and environmental protection expenditure,improving the coordination mechanism for related work,and strengthening expenditure supervision.
