摘　　要：城乡基本公共服务均等化是缩小城乡差别、推动乡村振兴、促进城乡融合发展的内在要求。党的十八大以来,我国逐步推进城乡基本公共服务均等化进程,农村居民享受的基本公共服务水平不断提高,但仍然存在乡村优质师资配置不足、乡村医疗服务质量有待提升、乡村公共文化供给存在短板、乡村养老服务亟须完善、城乡最低生活保障标准不统一等问题。加快推进城乡基本公共服务均等化,需依托县域城乡学校共同体加强乡村教师队伍建设,依托县域医疗卫生服务共同体提高乡村医疗服务质量,优化乡村公共文化供给,提高乡村养老保障水平,统一城乡最低生活保障标准。The equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas is an inherent requirement for narrowing the urban-rural gap,promoting rural revitalization,and promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the central government has gradually promoted the equalization of basic public services between urban and rural areas,and the level of basic public services available to rural residents has been continuously improved.However,there are still problems such as insufficient allocation of high-quality teachers in rural areas,the quality of rural medical services needs to be upgraded,shortcomings in the supply of rural public culture,urgent need to improve rural elderly care services,and inconsistent minimum living standards between urban and rural areas.To accelerate the equalization of basic public services between urban and rural areas in the future,it is necessary to rely on the county-level urban-rural school community to strengthen the construction of rural teaching force,rely on the county-level medical and health service community to improve the quality of rural medical services,optimize the supply of public culture in the countryside,improve the level of rural old-age pension security,and unify the minimum living security standards for urban and rural areas.
