骨科手术中手术室护理的关键因素及其应用价值

摘　　要：目的:通过理论分析和实践对比,阐述骨科手术中手术室护理的关键因素及其在临床中的应用价值。方法:本研究选取了我院在2022年骨科手术中的80例病例,均分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。研究组实施有针对性的手术室护理,对照组则接受常规护理。对比分析两组的院内感染率、不规范护理事件发生率,以及器械质量评分。结果:研究组院内感染率为2.5%,而对照组院内感染率为15.0%;研究组不规范护理事件发生率为2.5%,对照组则为17.5%。在器械质量评分方面,研究组在清洗包装、精细器械、钳类器械和管道器械方面的评分都明显高于对照组,四项评分t值分别为9.002、15.852、11.212、9.622,且P值均小于0.05。结论:提高手术室护理的关键因素能有效降低院内感染率、减少不规范护理事件发生率,同时提升器械质量评分,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective:Through theoretical analysis and practical comparison,to explain the key factors of operating room care in orthopedic surgery and its application value in clinical practice.Methods:This study selected 80 cases of orthopedic surgery in 2022,which were divided into study group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The study group implemented targeted operating room care,while the control group received usual care.Compnosocomial infection rate,incidence of irregular nursing events,and device quality score of the two groups.Results:The nosocomial infection rate was 2.5%in control group was 15.0%;the incidence of irregular care events in study group was 2.5%,and 17.5%in control group.In terms of device quality score,the study group had significantly higher scores than the control group in cleaning packaging,fine devices,forceps and pipe devices,and the four scores t-values were 9.002,15.852,11.212 and 9.622,and the P-values were less than 0.05.Conclusion:Improving the key factors of operating room care can effectively reduce the hospital infection rate in the hospital,reduce the incidence of non-standard nursing events,and improve the quality score of the device,which has important clinical application value.
