摘 要:【目的】探讨泡桐属内叶片大小差异明显的2个泡桐树种兰考泡桐(Paulownia elongata)和鄂川泡桐(Paulownia albiphloea)的根-叶功能性状的协调变化。【方法】以盆栽的兰考泡桐和鄂川泡桐幼苗为研究对象,测定两者叶片和细根中反映其资源吸收功能的“量”和“活性”的一系列性状,以及叶片大小和叶水力学性状,分析叶片和细根性状在这两种泡桐之间的差异。【结果】鄂川泡桐的最大、平均、总叶面积均显著大于兰考泡桐;鄂川泡桐的比叶面积和叶生物量均显著大于兰考泡桐,叶组织密度显著小于兰考泡桐;而叶氮质量分数没有显著差别;鄂川泡桐的比根长、细根生物量、总长度和氮质量分数均显著高于兰考泡桐,根组织密度显著小于兰考泡桐;鄂川泡桐的叶脉密度和气孔密度均小于兰考泡桐。【结论】兰考泡桐采取资源保守型策略(慢策略),而鄂川泡桐采取资源获取型策略(快策略)。叶片大而薄的鄂川泡桐叶片在“量”和“活性”上都高于有着小而厚叶片的兰考泡桐;2种泡桐细根的“量”和“活性”有着类似的趋势,说明这两种泡桐的根、叶是协同变化的。【Objective】To investigate the coordinated changes of root-leaf functional traits between two species of Paulownia elongata and Paulownia albiphloea,which have obvious difference in leaf size.【Method】Potted seedlings of P.elongata and P.albiphloea were studied.A series of traits in the leaves and fine roots of both that reflect the“quantity”and“activity”of their resource absorption functions,as well as leaf size and leaf hydraulic traits,were measured.Differences in leaf and fine root traits between these two Paulownia species were analyzed.【Result】The maximum,average,and total leaf areas of P.albiphloea were all significantly larger than those of P.elongata;Specific leaf area and leaf biomass and leaf tissue density of P.albiphloea were all significantly higher than those of P.elon⁃gata,leaf tissue density of P.albiphloea was significantly lower than that of P.elongata;And no significant difference was observed in leaf nitrogen mass fraction between the two species;Specific root length,fine root biomass,total root length,and nitrogen mass fraction density of P.albiphloea were all significantly higher than those of P.elongata,fine root tissue density was significantly lower than that of P.elongate;Vein density and stomatal density of P.albiphloea were both lower than those of P.elongata.【Conclusion】P.elongata and P.albiphloea employ opposite resource acquisition strategies:P.elongata tends to use a resource conservation strategy(slow strategy)whereas P.albiphloea uses a resource acquisition strategy(fast strategy).P.albiphloea,with large and thin leaves,was higher in leaf“quantity”and“activity”than that of P.elongata,which has small and thick leaves.The“quantity”and“activity”of fine roots in both two kinds of Paulownia had similar trends,indicating a coordinated variation between roots and leaves of the two Paulownia species.
